We can only carry passengers on stretchers in our B767/B737 aircraft. Only one person on a stretcher can travel on board a plane.

The passenger is required to have with them a completed copy of a Medical Information (MEDIF) form (link to MEDIF) and Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice (INCAD) form (link to INCAD).
The cost of travel on a stretcher is exactly four times that of the Economy Flex ticket price.

It is impossible to carry a passenger on a stretcher aboard a Boeing 737.

Passengers wishing to bring an oxygen cylinder on board the flight are required to pay a fee for each stage of the journey operated by LOT (LO), in accordance with the following price list:

• - SHORT HAUL or domestic flights - EUR 150 or its equivalent
• - LONG HAUL - EUR 300 or its equivalent

Up to the thirty-second week of their pregnancy, pregnant women may travel with their doctor's consent without needing a medical certificate.

After the thirty-second week, they are required to complete a Medical Information (MEDIF) form (link to MEDIF).

Passengers travelling with infants under seven days old are required to complete a Medical Information (MEDIF) form (link to MEDIF).

Incubators are not permitted on board our aircraft.

Our personnel are not authorised to provide assistance in giving injections during a flight.

Diabetics who need to give themselves injections during a flight are not required to produce any additional documentation if they are using PEN-type products.
