We can only carry passengers on stretchers in our B767/B737 aircraft. Only one person on a stretcher can travel on board a plane.
The passenger is required to have with them a completed copy of a Medical Information (MEDIF) form (link to MEDIF) and Incapacitated Passengers Handling Advice (INCAD) form (link to INCAD).
The cost of travel on a stretcher is exactly four times that of the Economy Flex ticket price.
PLEASE NOTE:
In order to ensure the highest possible quality of care, please provide us with the details of your needs no later than 72 hours before departure.
It is impossible to carry a passenger on a stretcher aboard a Boeing 737.
